If you are purchasing a parking pass, we strongly recommend arriving early, and carpooling to the event. There is also a free shuttle from the Parson’s Engineering Complex in Old Town Pasadena. You can park in Old Town Pasadena, or take a rideshare service, and access the free shuttle to and from the venue. Shuttle service will begin at 2PM, and conclude 60 minutes after the event.
Professional cameras such as DSLRs, bridge cameras or any devices with detachable lenses are not allowed.
Cameras can be refused at security discretion upon entry.
Non-Professional cameras such as film photo cameras (analog photography), disposable, point-and-shoot, cell phones or polaroids are OK.

WALKING: Brookside at the Rose Bowl is approximately 1.5 miles from the Parson’s Complex. For those choosing to walk to/from the event, please heed all crossing signals and pathways.

All Rideshare and Taxi services must drop-off and pick-up in Old Town Pasadena. Shuttle service to the event will be provided free of charge, to-and-from the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Town Pasadena. At the conclusion of the event, please take the shuttle back to Parsons to order any rideshare pickups.

If you’re bringing prescription medication, please be sure that it is in the original packaging or container, with the name on the label matching the name on your ID. Please do not bring in multiple medications mixed together in the same container. Each medication must be separate. Need a place to pump? We got you covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump) to select medical tents. We'll provide power for electric pumps as well as washing stations (non-potable water) with soap and sanitizing wipes. We are unable to provide refrigeration but you may bring a cooler or bag that is soft-bodied, with dimensions of 11.5 x 6.5 x 8.5” or smaller, empty of any contents other than your pump, cold packs and empty bottles. No metal or glass bottles permitted.
