Goldenvoice and local law enforcement are working hand in hand to address device theft. Lost and Found staff are trained to coordinate directly with law enforcement to expedite responses to reported thefts. There is a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to phone theft. Dedicated staffing, assets, and infrastructure are in place to catch thieves. Those caught in possession of stolen goods will be immediately turned over to law enforcement.
Lost & Found are provided at any of our Information Tents. Find us near Gate E in the Pink Pony Club area, near the VIP area’s entrance, and in Lot H outside the venue near the box office. Unable to make it there? Stop by any Info Tent to view items with a Guest Services team member.
If you have access to your own mobile device (or a friend’s), you can view items ONLINE ANY TIME here or on the Goldenvoice mobile app.
Our in-venue service hours are 4:30pm-11pm. Before doors, our Lot H Info Tent is open from 10am-12am.
You can also view items ONLINE ANY TIME here or on the Goldenvoice mobile app.
If you missed us during our service hours but see your item on the posted inventory, submit a claim for it. Our team reviews all claims and may ask for more details before verifying ownership.
Once we’ve matched your claim, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return options: either in-person pick up on festival show days or shipping if you’ve already left town. Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.
Items are added to the website within an hour of our team receiving them.
We recommend filling out a Loss Report if you don’t see your item listed on the website. A Loss Report will notify you when something similar to your item gets turned in up to 5 days after submitting the report.
Take found items to the nearest Info/Lost & Found tent. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.
If you’re at the festival, stop by one of our tents located near Gate E in the Pink Pony Club area, near the VIP Area’s entrance, or in Lot H (south of the Box Office). Time spent waiting in line can vary throughout the night, so we recommend submitting a claim for the item instead. This allows the Lost & Found team to ask for additional details to verify ownership (if necessary).
Once a claim is confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped. Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.
Rather than keeping you from enjoying the show, we encourage you to submit a Loss Report. The report lets us know what you lost and allows you to be notified whenever an item similar to yours gets turned in up to 5 days after filling it out.
You can fill out a Loss Report on your mobile device (or a friend’s) at Lost & Found or at any Info kiosk inside the festival.
We recommend filing a crime report with the Pasadena Police Department. You can do so here.

Items recovered from Chappell Roan’s Pasadena concert can be viewed here.
Due to the Rose Bowl Flea Market on October 12, Lost & Found will be open on Sunday at an off-site location. It’s highly encouraged that you fill out a Loss Report to be notified when new items are added to the website or to submit a claim if you see your item on there. When a claim is matched because ownership/details were confirmed, you’ll receive pick up instructions, or have the option to choose shipping instead if you’ve already left town. Items are held for 6 months after show.
